Hi, I'm

Shashank

I'm an aspiring software engineer building solutions to real-world challenges and software that reflects my personal interests.

I study Computer Science and Mathematics at UMD.

My journey in software development has been driven by curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning. I try to stay current with emerging technologies while maintaining a strong foundation in software engineering principles. If I'm not learning something new every day, then I'm honing my skills and mastering something I already know.

I love expressing my creativity through exciting projects, especially those that lie at the intersection of mathematics and health sciences. Recently, I've taken an interest in game development, graphics programming, and embedded software — contact me to hear about what I've been working on!

In my free time, I enjoy travelling, lifting, and checking out new music.

My playlist is as diverse as my tech stack. These albums are some of my go-tos — hip-hop, electronic, R&B, and everything in between. These albums have been on repeat, whether I'm coding, working out, or just vibing.
Have a listen and maybe you'll find a new favorite!

I think I have an elite movie taste — action, mystery, and sci-fi are my go-tos, but you'll catch me switching it up with a good western or comedy every now and then.
Here are some of my favorite scores — check them out!
